Single stage, single suction, overhang shaft, centrifugal, double-casing horizontal pump, Wet ends are made of abrasive resistant hard metal or rubber.

Base- High strengthened base is connected with Frame Plate by bolts; The Adjusting Bolt under the Bearing Assembly realize easy adjustment to impeller clearance.

Bearing Assembly:

- High rigidity shaft to handle heavy duty work condition;

- Cartridge bearing assembly jointed with base by bolts;

- Grease Lube bearings fitted in sealed bearing housing, the two labyrinth on both ends prevent the grease from contamination.

Shaft Sleeve - Clearance fit between solid solution treated stainless steel shaft sleeve and shaft as well

as the O-rings on both ends prevent the shaft from abrasion and erosion.

Casing - Made of Gray Iron or Ductile Iron, Ribs help casing to stand high pressure.

Impeller - Pump out vanes on both shrouds reduces recirculation and seal pressure.

Wet Ends - Impellers, liners, volutes made of High-Chrome alloy or rubber, both materials are interchangeable.
